HOW IT WORKS
I work one-to-one, globally, by video or in person. Engagements are typically three to twelve months. I also work with leadership teams through Peernovation methodology.
Each engagement is shaped to the individual — there is no programme, no fixed curriculum. What matters is what you need, and what you are ready to face.
