WHO I AM

I am a British executive coach, strategic advisor, Chartered communications professional, and non-executive director. For thirty years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, communication, and organisational performance — as a practitioner, an executive, and a coach.

I have held global CEO and CMO roles and founded my independent practice in 2008. I have worked with senior leaders at organisations including Google, Samsung, L'Oréal, LEGO, Advantech, and Concentrix, across technology, consumer, financial, and industrial sectors. I hold Chartered PR status with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), am ICF-certified as an executive coach, and am a CIPR Council Member (2025-2027).

I don't just advise across cultures. I've lived them.

I have lived in Russia, France, Spain, and the UK, and worked extensively with the US, Norway, Morocco, and South Korea. My career has taken me from managing high-stakes commercial operations across North Africa, Russia, and Switzerland, to a Silicon Valley accelerator programme, to coaching senior leaders in some of the world's most complex organisations. That range is not incidental — it is the foundation of what I bring.

The experience I bring is not only professional. I have navigated grief, business loss, and the kind of rebuilding that happens when life removes the scaffolding entirely. When I work with a leader carrying more than they can show, I know that territory — not theoretically, but from the inside.

I work with leaders where the stakes are high, the margin for error is small, and legacy matters.
