Lead in English
Confidence. Clarity. Leadership that resonates across borders.
Your authority shouldn't get lost in translation.
You are a senior leader. You think strategically, read the room well, and know how to lead. But in English — in the boardroom, on the global call, in the presentation to the international audience — something gets lost. The precision. The presence. The weight you carry naturally in your own language.
Lead in English is a group coaching program designed for non-native English-speaking executives seeking to enhance their English communication and public speaking skills while refining their leadership abilities.
This 6-week coaching program is designed for international professionals like you who want to lead global teams with confidence, in English and beyond.
It’s not just language. It’s leadership communication.
With structure, practice, and expert support, you’ll:
- Deliver great presentations and speeches with confidence
- Speak with more clarity and presence
- Lead meetings with confidence
- Build trust across cultures
- Handle tough conversations with poise
- Share your leadership story powerfully
Let’s make your voice your most powerful leadership tool — in English.
Cohorts begin quarterly, and groups are limited to six people.
All sessions take place via Zoom and last up to two hours each.
Sessions take place once a fortnight.
