A free, heart-centred space for women leaders and rising stars to connect, reflect, and grow together.
✨ Why This Circle Exists
As women, we carry a great deal. We lead, we care, we strive, we hold it all — often without a space to just be.
This Lean In Circle is my way of giving back — as a volunteer, as a coach, and as a woman who believes in the power of real conversation and mutual support.
This is not a coaching program.
It’s a gentle, peer-led space — for listening, reflection, and honest dialogue about the things that really matter.
Many years ago, I was part of a Women's Lodge. We were a group of about 22 women, ranging from their 20s to their 70s, who would meet once a quarter for a weekend in a beautiful environment. We could connect and share deeply, and generally support and nourish each other in different ways. It was a beautiful and enriching experience that led me to Peernovation Coaching, which in turn led me to group and team coaching, as well as co-hosting circles for Spanish-speaking HR directors. I've also led retreats and workshops online and in person.
Bringing together like-minded and like-hearted people, and in this case women, is a joy to me because I know how powerful, meaningful and beneficial it is to have peer support and a safe space where you can reveal what's on your mind and heart without judgement, and receive advice and suggestions from your peers if you wish.
